SUZY is a product that transforms children's voice recordings into songs. This page covers how we handle personal data collected through the SUZY waitlist.

When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
— Your first name, used to address you personally.
— Your email address, used to notify you when SUZY opens.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects anonymised behavioural data about visits to this page (pages viewed, actions taken such as completing the sign-up form) and sends it to Meta. This data is used solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show our ads to relevant audiences on Instagram and Facebook.
The Meta Pixel may set cookies on your device. If you have an Instagram or Facebook account, Meta may associate this data with your profile in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Your name and email are collected solely to send you updates about SUZY's launch and your founding member status. We will not use them for any other purpose.
Your waitlist information is stored and processed by Loops (loops.so), our email service provider. Loops is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Behavioural data collected by the Meta Pixel is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own privacy policy. Meta may use this data to measure ad performance, build advertising audiences, and improve their ad products. We do not have access to individually identifiable data collected by Meta.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
We process your data on the basis of consent — you provided your details voluntarily to join the waitlist. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
— Access the personal data we hold about you
— Request correction or deletion of your data
— Unsubscribe from all communications at any time
— Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@suzy-songs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to be removed immediately. You can also email us directly to request removal.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify waitlist members by email before those changes take effect.
